What I Do ?

Workforce Leadership

As Team Lead for the Southern Front, I support our staff by addressing concerns, guiding daily operations, and keeping communication strong between departments. My role ensures our workforce feels valued, supported, and ready to deliver their best.

Service Coordination

I oversee and manage client services to make sure each individual receives the right care, at the right time, tailored to their unique needs. My focus is on seamless service delivery and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Client & Family Support

I work closely with clients and their families to build trust, understand their goals, and ensure they feel heard. By creating strong relationships and personalised plans, I help make aged care meaningful and empowering.
